AGCO has introduced the Fendt 200 Vario series tractors to North America. As the smallest tractors in the Fendt family, the series combines lightweight maneuverability with high performance. The Fendt 200 Vario tractors will debut in North America at the 2023 World Ag Expo and will be available for order through Fendt dealerships for delivery in 2024.
AGCO says the Fendt 200 Vario tractors are available in three models ranging from 94 to 114 rated horsepower. The Fendt 200 Vario series can be configured as a standard tractor or in one of three specialty crop variants.
The Fendt 200 Vario tractors are powered by the AGCO Power 3.3 L engine and feature the Fendt Vario CVT. The contoured frame of the tractors ensures exceptional maneuverability and the low weight-power ratio and extensive tire options help minimize soil compaction during operation.
AGCO says the three-in-one suspension system combines self-leveling, lockable front axle suspension, mechanical cab suspension, and active shock load stabilizing. The suspension system combines with the Fendt Reaction steering for safe straight-ahead work, truck-level driving, and working comfort.
The Fendt 200 Vario tractors are equipped with the FendtONE operating concept which combines the familiar operation of the tractors with planning and controlling tasks that must usually take place in the office. The workstation includes a panel with a multifunction joystick, multiple hydraulic controls, and an optional 12-inch terminal to create an intuitive experience that can help operators and farm managers save valuable time, the company adds.
The Fendt Gold Star Customer Care program comes standard with each Fendt tractor. AGCO notes this program includes a 36-month/3,000-hour limited warranty with no deductible and a maintenance program that covers all scheduled maintenance, including the cost of oil, filters, belts, and other maintenance items during the coverage period. Each new tractor also receives free five years of Fendt Connect telematics service.
